Angels superstar outfielder, Mike Trout, just got PAID.
The two time MVP, perennial All-Star and MVP candidate, and the consensus best player in baseball signed a contract extension with the Los Angeles Angels worth $430 million over 12 years.

It is the largest contract in professional sports history. Before the deal, Mike Trout was expected to test free agency after the 2020 season, but it seems like he’s committed to staying in Anaheim for basically the rest of his career.

Trout is already one of the best players of his era, is already a hall-of-fame caliber player, and is only 27 years old, and now he is paid like one.
