Jonathan Taveras…I said he would be a game changer in either a good or a bad way for the Leafs. Tonight he proved every single person who doubted him wrong, In New York, and in Boston. He made a fool of the Bruins defense and showed up ready to win. Nothing but respect for the guy, The Leafs came ready to play in the 2nd and 3rd period and the Bruins decided to fall asleep letting in 4 unanswered goals after their first goal at the start of the game.

Pastrnak played okay but he can’t carry the team all by himself. When the rest of his first line completely fell asleep he could not start a spark on offense. If this thing continues to happen it will be the demise of the Bruins Organization.

Freddy Anderson,…Absolute monster is all I can say about the man after this game. With a 97 save percentage, he will be the Leafs ticket to the Finals if he keeps it up. Tuukka Rask may want to take a few notes from the goalie on the opposite side of the ice. Mitch Marner made an absolute fool of him on the questionable penalty shot in the 2nd Period. The Bruins will really have to bring their A game during game 2 and when they visit Toronto, we all know how those Toronto natives get when their team is in the playoffs.
