Rising Star Erling Haland scores nine goals in U-20 World Cup game

Erling Haland is a young eighteen-year-old striker for RB Salzburg and an upcoming star, evidenced by his nine-goal game in the U-20 World Cup. The previous record was held by Adaílton who bagged six goals against Korea in 1997. Haland only took twenty-nine minutes to bag his first hat trick; however, with Norway possibly facing elimination Haland decided to grab two more hat tricks to help Norway’s goal differential in hopes of advancing to the next round of the tournament. In 2018 Haland was named Eliteserien Breakthrough of the Year and was Molde’s top scorer. He’s immensely talented, his highlights have many excited fans, and scouts alike.

Haland is the son of former Leeds United and Manchester City player Alf-Inge Håland, as he looks to follow in his father’s footsteps and play for one of the big European Clubs. If all goes to plan Haland will be scoring goals in the Champions League soon enough, but more importantly, he will get a new and improved Fifa Ultimate Team card
