  • Excellent motor, effort, and energy
  • Solid midrange and three-point shooter
  • Combination of strength and quickness makes him hard to defend when he goes to the basket
  • Terrific finisher and decision-maker when driving to the hoop
  • Sets a lot of screens for teammates and is an extremely hard-working player who is always hustling
  • Good modern day big who can step out and space the floor — can get his shot off over anyone
  • Great wingspan makes up for his height disadvantages
  • Moves his feet well for someone his size and is a good defender overall

  • His height (only 6-7) will cause him to struggle defending and rebounding against taller players in the NBA
  • Was just an average rebounder in college
  • Already almost 23, doesn’t have much upside
  • Doesn’t have the speed of NBA forwards and lacks that explosive first step
  • Ocassionally gets over-aggressive on defense and gets into foul trouble

Grade for Bucks: B-

Paschall fits right into the role of an NBA “glue-guy.” He could be a player who comes off the bench and gives the Bucks some shooting, defense, and energy– all things that you can never have enough of. He won’t be any type of star, but he seems destined to play an important bench role on any team. I could see him playing behind Giannis and giving the Bucks some solid minutes while Giannis is out. It might be a slight reach to take him at 30, but Paschall would be a fine selection for Milwaukee.
